At Deb Poise, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

  • Final sale items and customized jewelry cannot be returned.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.


Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
